Accomodations
Starting at the bow....she has a nice size centerline queen that has custom bedding. The base lifts up and there is tons of storage beneath. There is plenty of storage for clothing and there is also an overhead hatch and opening ports for ventilation. The overhead hatch has an Oceanair Screen/Shade
Next aft to port is the head. It is accessable from the owner's cabin forward or, from the saloon. It has a vacu-flush marine head, solid surface vanity and separate stall shower.
Next aft is the saloon featuring Island Packet's signature bulkhead mounted table with storage behind for wine glasses, etc, facing settee's with cavernous storage both behind and underneath the cushions, hanging locker (located across from the head) and extra double bunk achieved by converting the port settee.
The well designed and safe galley is to starboard of the companionway. It features a three burner propane stove with oven, double bowl stainless steel sink, microwave, top loading frig and freezer, solid surface countertop and again, good storage. This galley is a safe place for food prep and allows the cook to be part of the fun. Plus, it's easy to pass food up to the crew in the cockpit.
To port of the companionway is the entrance to the separate aft cabin and, the location of the nav station with swing away chair. There is a removable filler for the bulkhead shared with the saloon so, it can be open and airy or, offer privacy.
Grace is a comfortable cruiser and the interior shows beautifully!

Mechanical & Plumbing
Grace is powered by a reliable Yanmar diesel engine. The hour meter had malfunctioned at 582 hours and it was noted within a few hours of failure and replaced in 2019. Since then, after a two day trip down the Bay, it failed again. It is being investigated but, the total hours are low and will be functioning for the new owner with a reasonable history of hours to this date.
